Accommodation
Residential house with 10 luxuriously equipped apartments and 3 rooms underwent a complete reconstruction in 2019 and all furnishings, including bathrooms, are new. There is also a club lounge with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, storage and bike room, private garden with seating area and barbecue. Each floor has a maximum of 3 units. The tenants are also available personal lockable storage and garage for a fee.

All apartments have their own bathroom, kitchenette and fridge and are fully equipped with furniture. The offered apartments are 21m2 and 15m2.

Accessibility to the center
200m from metro A Skalka and 11min to the center to Wenceslas Square. Train connection in the entrance zone to Nádraží Hostivař with a direct line to the center of Prague and outside the city.

Right on the corner of the street there is a traditional Czech pub called Na Padesátém and in a 5-minute circuit there is the Skalka Beerhouse, the Chinese restaurant Shi Wei Tian, the Kebab Star pizza, the Wine Shop or the Beer Bar and many others.
Shopping
In the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center Skalka, Albert, Tesco, Jysk and then the shopping center Vivo or the largest shopping center Centrum Chodov.
